Hawking Electrical hires Consulting Hall for specialist HR advice

Gold Coast-headquartered Hawking Electrical has hired Human Resources consultants Consulting Hall to improve and streamline their HR polices and practices.

Hawking Electrical, which was set up in 1990, now employs more than 45 people and has 38 vehicles on the road.

The company specialises in providing services to the development industry and its list of projects its has been involved in include housing estates of up to 900 lots, unit complexes with up to  250 units, shopping centres, schools, sporting complexes and other commercial buildings.

Hawking Electrical has hired Consulting Hall to provide a salary and performance review system, update their policies and procedure manuals, provide training to their management team and to provide HR templates.
